tepung beras
tepung gandum
garam n gula secukup rasa

sedikit air kapur
air secukupnya
bancuh tepung beras dan tepung gandum dgn air hingga sebati[biasanya me
guna ratio 3 tepung beras : 1 tepung gandum]
tambah garam n gula serta air kapur[bior terasa cam pahit2 kapur tu sket2 je
kalau kita taste the batter..kalau too much nanti pahit sgt]..kacau rata
bater tu jgn pekat sgt..enuf utk lekat dgn merata kat pisang
last sekali baru masukkan bijan [me suka taruk byk byk..sedappp]
pastu siap utk digoreng..opsss… jangan lupa sediakan pisang atau ubi terlebih dahulu..

Bahan
2 cawan tepung beras cap Gajah
1 biji telur
1 s/k air kapur
1 s/k kunyit serbuk
garam
air secukup pekat
Cara
1. Bancuhkan bahan Batter sehingga rata dan biarka n sekejap.
2. Panaskan minyak yg banyak.
3. Masukkan isi buah cempedak dalam bahan batter dan jemputkan kedalam kuali.
4. Bila telah kuning keemasan angkat dan toskan dalam tapisan sayur.
5. Hidangkan.

Sedikit Santan Pekat
Butter cair
garam

Cara
1. Masukkam semua bahan bancuhkan bahan Batter sehingga rata dan biarka n sekejap.
2. Panaskan minyak yg banyak.
3. Masukkan pisang or apa buah gorengan dalam bahan batter dan jemputkan kedalam kuali.

Bancuhan Tepung Khas Untuk Pisang Berangan.
tepung naik sendiri 1/2 cawan
tepung jagung 1/2 cawan
1/2 cawan plain flour
1 sd besar minyak masak
1 sd besar gula
1/3 sd teh garam
1/2 sd teh serbuk kunyit
air dalam 1 1/2 cawan (agak2 la macam buat batter goreng pisang)..
pukul dengan whisk bahan2 nih hingga licin dan celup pisang berangan yg dah
di potong dua…goreng hingga garing
* Tepung Beras + air+ kelapa parut+ sedikit air kapur+ garam.
*campurkan tepung rangup..x kira la jenama aper..adabi ke…atau yg x berjenama ke… campur tepung rangup dengan tepung gandum dalam nisbah 2:4..kalu tepung rangup 2 sudu, tepung gandum 4 sudu…kompem rangup, sbb guna tepung rangup..
andainya kat umah xder tepung rangup..camprkan tepung beras ngan tepung gandum mengikut nisbah 2:4 gak…tp biasanya kalu tepung beras + tepung gandum nih lagi sedap untuk goreng cendawan..campurkan plak ngan serbuk kari…
* tepung beras + air kapur sikit + telur itik + kunyit sikit + air………telur itik ranggup dan dapat serdak yg banyak..nice.
*ni cara MIL buat goreng pisang ranggup, buat jual petang-petang, ramai customer kata sedap dan ranggup pisang gorengnya..
tepung beras + air + telor ayam + garam + air kapur + sedikit perahan limau nipis + sedikit serbuk kunyit jika nakpukul telor dulu baru masukkan dalam tepung beras

TEPUNG GORENG PISANG
Ingredients :
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup cornflour
1 tablespoon rice flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
salt to taste
180 ml water (or less, depends on the flour)
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
Method :
1. Sift self-raising flour, cornflour, rice flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Pour in water till a good consistency batter is formed. Not too thick and
not too runny.
3. Add in the cooking oil. Mix well and leave the batter to rest for 10
minutes.
4. Heat oil. Coat the banana or sweet potatoes or yam with the batter and
fry till golden brown.
Note :
I added a bit of tumeric powder for the color.
* Pisang goreng lebih garing
Gunakan sedikit tepung kastard yang dicampurkan dengan tepung gandum. Sesudah dibancuh sebati, masukkan pisang yang telah dipotong ke dalamnya. Selamat mencuba.

* Use 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/2 cup water in the batter for a more
tropical flavor if you like.
* You can eliminate the rice flour if you like and use 3/4 cups all purpose
flour instead. But the rice flour adds a crispness that will be missing.
NOTES
* These fritters are very popular in Indonesian and are excellent served
with ice cream and drizzled with honey. You can also serve them in a dish
with a little coconut cream.

Bagaimana nak mencukur rambut dengan baik,cepat,selamat dan licin berkilau. Ni ada sedikit tips dari my hubby yang mencukur rambut anak semua anak2 di yang cukurkan dan potong rambut..kebetulan dia ni pandai gunting rambut..so,anak2 pun berani jerk dan mau saja kalau di suruh gunting rambut..tambahan kalau musim panas cam ni mau dibotak pun tak pe..
Ini adalah pengalaman dan tips yang dapat dikongsikan bersama atau mungkin anda juga mempunyai teknik atau tips yang lebih baik dari ini.
Persediaan:
1-Sebaiknya pakai mesin memotong rambut agar mudah.
2-Menggunakan pencukur yang tidak terlalu tajam
3-Tisu lembab atau diaper
4-Pembuih pencukur atau foam.
5-Sedikit air

Aturan:
1-Potong rambut dengan menggunakan saiz mata mesin rambut yang berperingkat jika rambut yang panjang dan sekiranya rambut dalam seinci atau 2 inci teruskan menggunakan saiz #1 atau 1/8″ atau tanpa saiz.Mengikut keadaan rambut dan saiz mata mesin.
2-Setelah di mesin keparas tersebut,lakukan proses melumurkan foam di kepala
3-Terus mencukur dengan menggunakan mata pencukur yang dicelup kedalam sedikit air untuk melicinkan perjalanan pencukur.
4-Sapukan baki rambut tersebut dengan tisu lembab atau diaper agar sisa2 baki rambut tidak melekat2 ditempat lain.
5-Sentiasa membuang rambut yang melekat di pencukur dengan mencelup kedalam air atau sapu di tisu lembat tersebut.
6-Ulangi dengan mencukur dan sapu menggunakan tisu lembab sehingga betul2 licin.
Kaedah tersebut juga selamat untuk mencukur bayi atau kanak-kanak atau orang dewasa dengan penyediaan alat-alat tersebut dengan menggunakan dengan tenang agar tiada kesan-kesan luka.Sekiranya mencukur bayi sebaiknya semasa dia tidur dan semasa penyusuan.
