Brownies

Ingredients :
250gm butter
1 1/2 cup of sugar (saya masuk 1 cup only)
4 eggs
2 tsps of vanilla essence
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of plain flour
3/4 cup of cocoa powder (saya guna 100g cooking chocolate cairkan)
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Icing
55g butter
1tbsp milk
100g icing sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
1) Melt butter over slow fire, turn off the fire and add sugar. Mix with whisk.
2) Add in the eggs and vanilla, continue whisking.
3) Add in flour together with baking powder and cocoa and mix well.
4) Add in nuts
5) Pour into a lined tray ( 12″ x10″) and bake in a preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes at 180degrees celcius.
6) To make the icing,melt the butter inthe milk.Stir in the icing sugar and cocoa powder.Using a palette knife,spread the icing over the brownies and decorate with pecan nut or sprinkle hundreds and thousands.
Leave the icing to set,then cut into squares to serve.
