Bahan A-cairkan
150g butter
220g cooking choc.- ptg kecik2
Bahan B ? gaulkan
260g brown sugar
2 biji telur
100g fresh milk
1st vanilla
Bahan C ? ayak
200g tepung gandum
50g coco powder
1st baking powder
? st soda bicarbonate
150g almond/walnut/pecan
Cara
1. Ayak bahan C, jika bubuh kacang, gaulkan dalam tepung yg diayak…masuk dlm
mangkuk
2. Cairkan bahan A…dah cair tutup api..ketepikan dlm 2?
3. Bahan B ? gaul dalam mangkuk sampai bercampur, jangan pukul kuat sekadar rata
4. Tuang campuran bahan B & C dalam A, gaul guna hand whisk
5. Tuang dlm bekas yg dilapik kertas
6. Bakar suhu 170C hingga masak

Ingredients :
250gm butter
1 1/2 cup of sugar
4 eggs
2 tsps of vanilla essence
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of plain flour
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Method
1) Melt butter over slow fire, turn off the fire and add sugar. Mix with whisk.
2) Add in the eggs and vanilla, continue whisking.
3) Add in flour together with baking powder and cocoa and mix well.
4) Add in nuts ( you can also add in chocolate chips into the batter or sprinkle sliced almonds on top of the batter before baking )
5) Pour into a lined tray ( 12″ x10″) and bake in a preheated oven for 25 – 30 minutes at 180degrees celcius.
